- Annual Local Education Group (LEG) Allocation for scholarly activities
- A LEG is a group of physician clinical faculty who have joined to assume responsibility for providing a significant, identifiable component(s) of NOSM U’s current academic mandate. LEGs work closely with the NOSM Undergraduate and Postgraduate Associate Deans to ensure the academic/curriculum needs of the learners are met.
- Faculty Rank Enhancement to Participating Physicians who have achieved the NOSM U Faculty Rank of Associate Professor or Professor
- NOSM U Academic Contract Enhancement to Participating Physicians who hold a stipendiary academic contract at NOSM U (20% for 2023-2024)
- NOSM U Academic Teaching Enhancement to Participating Physicians who provided in-classroom academic teaching at NOSM U, such as SCS, SOO, OSCE, etc. (20% for 2023-2024)
